The quality of the sound is really amazing! The sound did not change even after 2 years of using this speaker. And their customer service? It's really commendable. They make it sure that you are satisfied with the resolution provided without any round-a-round process. Thank you to Alex who assisted me throughout the process of my warranty claim. Salute! I can't charge the battery, what could be the reason? I can't charge it even if I change the cord or charger.
