Red Tape to get them to work. Can't figure out anything else.

Received these in a subscription program. Couldn't figure out how to turn on like others. Red Tape literally and figuratively to get it to work. Instructions are absolute garbage. they connected to bluetooth, but have no idea how to make any functions work on these otherwise. it seems there are 20 actions that do things but the pictograms are just not doing it for me. Add a few pages with the various translations spelling out how to use them properly and/or a cheat sheet or at least put them online so we can understand how to use these.

Red tape

Like the Lt Col (ret), I had trouble with these earbuds because they would not turn on even after charging. The problem, I discovered after searching the internet, was that the earbuds come with red tape attached that I never even noticed until I did the search. The owner's manual doesn't even mention the red tape. I was so close to throwing these out. Sudio should clarify this if it is not possible to stop using the red tape altogether.

Sounds rather flat and lacks bass

Fits nice and comfortable to wear. Noise canceling is reasonable. Sound is lacking depth and bass and no way to adjust for personal preferences.

I fully charged when I received and they will not turn on. I received these as a promotion and am seriously considering throwing them away if I have to spend any more time trying to get these to work. there is no light or other indicator that tell you if they are on or off
