He usado estos auriculares casi un año. Les he dado el uso normal que se espera y desde los primeros meses me iban mal (sobre todo al emparejar), con respecto al sonido y autonomía no tengo ninguna queja, pero hace cosa de un mes no cargan. O sea que la caja de carga está cargada, pero los auriculares mismos no. He intentado resetear pero no funciona. Que puedo hacer?Sudio

Solo se conecta el auricular izquierdo si conecto a sudio tolv R-L, o el derecho si conecto a sudio tolv RSudio
Hi there! The issue you describe is usually common when using one earphone at a time. Sometimes, the earbuds may fall out of sync with each other, and then only a factory reset is needed. All you need to do is put the earbuds back in the charging case, do a reset and finally make sure that both earbuds are removed at the same time and that you do not press any of the buttons.
