The quality of the sound is really amazing! The sound did not change even after 2 years of using this speaker. And their customer service? It's really commendable. They make it sure that you are satisfied with the resolution provided without any round-a-round process. Thank you to Alex who assisted me throughout the process of my warranty claim. Salute! This made me love my Sudio Femtio speaker even more! Worht the money, worth the sound!

I'm disappointed, the sound is muffled and weak. Read some reviews and realized that the type of people who buys this product care more for looks than the product itself. Buy something else for half the price if you want something that sounds good, usually they also have all the functionality that this product also advertise for.

I can't charge the battery, what could be the reason? I can't charge it even if I change the cord or charger.
