The sound quality is great and the fit is comfortable for me. It's nice that it comes with ear tips in multiple sizes so you can use one that fits you. I use them for my daily commute, and they make my time on the train so much more enjoyable.

Mine is in lilac which is just stunning, really goes well with all my lilac & pastel coloured outfits for this season. I'm no audiophile but the sound quality is pretty good for what I listen to - mostly R&B and Pop.
First of all... how cute is this colour!!? I just love the A2 in pink. Not everyday that you find earbuds in this shade. I'm obsessed! Apart from that, the sound quality is pretty good too for a pair of earbuds at this price. Still affordable for a student like myself.

Can the ANC be switched on and off for sudio A2?
Hi! A2 has a touch control button on each earbud that allows you to control certain features on your paired device.
You can touch (hold) for two seconds on either earbud (left or right) to cycle between Normal mode and Active Noise Cancellation mode.
I cant pair my earbuds. At time one one works. Also when i turn on bluetooth it shows two Sudio devices. If i connect to left - left one works and if right then right earbuds works. Please help me to solve this problem. Thank you.
Hi there! If A2 starts behaving unexpectedly, you can perform a factory reset to restore your Sudio A2 to its original settings. This will reset the connection between your paired devices, as well as the connection between the two earbuds.
1. Take the earbuds out of the charging case.
2. Press and hold both touch points of the earbuds for 8 seconds.
3. Place the earbuds back in the case and close the lid and allow 3 minutes before using the earphones again.
When you hear
Just like the other question, two Sudio devices are shown and you can't connect to both at the same time. The factory reset as you mentioned does not work.
Hi! Usually a factory reset is the only way to go to fix this! I would recommend that you "forget" both of them in the Bluetooth list, and restart Bluetooth on your device just in case. This should be done on all devices that your A2 has previously been paired with. The instructions for the factory reset can be found on our website.
Press on the earbuds until you hear Power Off, and then continue pressing for 2-3 seconds. Then leave them in their case for at least 3 minutes.

Is there a physical key?
Hi! The model A2 does not have any physical buttons on the earbuds, the earbuds can be steered by touch buttons instead.
