Sudio Ett, White

This was my second pair of Sudio ear-buds that I got gifted from Sudio through an influencer collaboration and WOW. It's been almost 2 years since I recieved the ETTs and our collab has finished but this is still the best pair of ear-buds I ever had. First if all, the sound quality is unparalleled compared to another pair of Sudio and competitor's ear-buds. My ETTs are super easy to use and I prefer the button-option to the touch-option (like some competirors have). The touch-option is not for me because it activates even when I'm just adjusting the ear-bud. The button makes sure I actually want to change/stop/etc the music and not just adjust the ear-bud. And they whitstood a true test! I was cleaning the bathtub with some very strong chemicals and one of my ETTs fell into the water that was mixed with the chemicals. I then proceeded to wash off the ear-bud from the chemicals and it was like nothing happened! So it worked even though it went twice under water AND under a strong chemical solution. Couldn't recommend them more

I bought these earbuds over four years ago and I've loved every second with them. The sound quality has been great with little work with the phones sound equalizer, and the button you use to change/pause/rewind is great. I prefer it over the other touch systems that work with a slight touch etc. Only minus ever has been the transparency mode on phone calls that feels like it makes the outside noice even louder than it actually is. It's almost impossible to hear the caller's voice when you're in a loud place like a grocery store or a bus. At home or more quiet places it's been great. And now that they're getting a little old, the case doesn't charge the left earbud anymore unless you press it kind of a hard to the case. And even then it might shift when you try to close the case and stop charging. Time for a new pair of Sudio earbuds but loved all the years with these<3

I’m on my 3rd set - the first lasted about a year before it died and the second lasted 2 months before it stopped charging. They replaced the second for free (customer service is actually very good) but the new set has the same problems and works just as poorly. The sound quality is fine and I like the look overall but honestly they are not durable, even when used with care, and I won’t be a returning customer. It doesn’t matter how good the sound is if the earbuds won’t charge.

HORRIBLE QUALITY - DON'T WASTE YOUR MONEY This is by far the worst sound quality product I have owned. Don't be fooled by the sleek design, its nothing more than just that .. if they had invested more time in the quality of their performance as they did their designs then they might have received better reviews. I had the ETT, and after a few uses I noticed that over all quality and volume of sound was decreasing and in addition one ear was louder than the other leaving that horrible unbalanced experience that no one cares for . After contacting Sudio, it was determined that it need to be replaced. I got the new pair and almost immediately the same issue started again. I contacted Sudio a second time and this time they sent me a white colored one rather than the black ones ( guessing that maybe the white one was an updated quality) but soon there after the same issue again . The third time the Tech support started claiming that it was wax residue from my use that was causing the issue. After several attempts to show that it is clean as a whistle they still decided it was a wax issue and then just said that the warranty is now over and that I can get something else with a 20% discount !!! LOL THAT WAS THRE CHERRY ON TOP.. They really thought that I would spend another penny with their company .. WHAT A JOKE OF A COMPANY AND PRODUCT .. DONT BUY THEIR STUFF

I bought them for work, but after a short time the sound diff between the left and right pod. Volume is very low and I have the settings on max. I have searched around to see if there is something I can fix. But there seem to be a problem I'm not able to solve. They are very comfortable to wear, so it is sad they don't work as good.
