Have had mine for 4 years now...sound great...still work perfectly...no problem with the case or anything...has been a great product for me
Decent buds but the material used for the case and the buds itself is not practical
I purchased the white one last Aug 2021 and using it only at home very rarely for watching or listening. It works fine, sound is good, easy to connect, it lasts around 3-4 hrs of continued use, charges quickly, and lightweight. I also purchased the care kit with it, which was missing one item so Sudio sent me another one.
When I first got the Tolv, I already noticed the material is easy to stain because it has a matte velvety finish. This is why I never even use it outdoors. About 6 months into purchase, I noticed there are hairline stains on the case. I pulled out my "care kit" and used it to try to remove the stain. The "eraser" was intended to be used on the case so I used this but it only made the stain spread on the case and now my white Tolv has a brown spot. I just left it and tried to be more careful.
Now, it has been almost a year, I noticed the same stains on the case and I realized it was the brown fabric handle that's attached to it that causes the stain. I reached out to Sudio but was told it's part of wear and tear of the product.
For its price, it's unfortunate that "wear and tear" is just less than a year even with great care and occasional use. If you get this, don't let the handle touch the case. Maybe store it hanging so you can prevent stains on your Tolv.
The buds itself is difficult to clean as well. Even with regular cleaning, you can't keep it as white as when it was purchased. When you rub the cloth from the care kit, it just spreads the stain.
All my gadgets are white and this one looks so annoying to look at coz it just looks dirty. To be fair, it's still working and charging fine so that's what the 2 stars are for.
Purchase something else if you're looking for something that will look decent even after a year.
Just bought and received the item on 5 Jan 2023. Charged on 6 Jan 2023, left side is 60% charged and right totally voiced out low batt and cannot be used. So when back home and recharged overnight. Next day shown Left side 70% charged and the right still remain the same as low batt and totally cannot be used. Currently asking for advise how? As I suspected the new set itself is faulty under manufacturer default.
Buy a new one from Dubai but not check on there now i m in pakistan and try to connect but its not working

Only the left earphone is connected if I connect to sudio tolv RL, or the right if I connect to sudio tolv R
Hi there! The issue you describe is usually common when using one earphone at a time. Sometimes, the earbuds may fall out of sync with each other, and then only a factory reset is needed.
All you need to do is put the earbuds back in the charging case, do a reset and finally make sure that both earbuds are removed at the same time and that you do not press any of the buttons.
I bought these for daily phone calls, but people on the other end can’t hear me - the sound is muffled and very low. Is there something wrong with the microphone?
Our product Sudio Tolv R has two microphones, one on each side, and during calls only one of them is active. If you use both then it is the right one that is on during calls.
This may be the reason that those who call can not hear you so well, the product Tolv R therefore does not perform so well in a noisy environment but works better when you are indoors.
